Meetings are generally held in Lecture Theatre G31 in the Civil & Mechanical Engineering Building (no. 8 on the Edgbaston Campus Map), The University of Birmingham B15 2TT

Members and visitors should aim to arrive between 6 p.m. and 6.15 p.m. and park their cars in a perimeter car park. Normal refreshments (sandwiches, tea and coffee) will be available in the Shell Lounge in the Civil / Mechanical Engineering Building before the meeting.
